Mackenzie Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the CKD program, performing BPMH with patients and families and assisting with medication distribution in CKD clinics, including in-centre hemodialysis environments.
You will collaborate with Clinical Pharmacists, handle narcotics deliveries, maintain inventory, and respond to inquiries while adhering to pharmacy regulations and Mackenzie Health's commitment to caring.
Reporting to the CKD Program, the registered Pharmacy Technician is responsible for performing Best Possible Medication History (BPMH) with patents and families primarily in CKD clinics. This may include in-centre hemodialysis patients. The Pharmacy Technician would also be responsible for technical tasks related to medication distribution in the CKD program.
