Requirements include a pharmacy technician training program and a High School Diploma; hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high level of communication and documentation skills.
• Must read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy workflow is preferred.
• Ability to keep accurate and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Leads or contributes to compliance audits and medication-use process improvements.
• Prepares reports and supports regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff and clinicians to optimize patient care across shifts.
• Acts as liaison between pharmacy and clinical teams to resolve medication-related issues.
• Mentors technicians and supports onboarding and competency validation.
