Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older
• Ability to perform data entry and prescription processing under supervision
• Comfort with inventory control and administrative tasks

Responsibilities

• Receiving prescriptions from patients, following provincial regulatory conditions and assessing completeness.
• Performing computer functions as directed by the Pharmacist (data entry, price check, patient information entry/update).
• Filling prescriptions under supervision, labeling and preparing products, and performing accuracy checks.
• Maintaining inventory control and stocking drugs, checking for expired medications monthly.
• General housekeeping, keeping the dispensary clean and safe for the team.
• Clerical organization: filing prescriptions, invoices, and reports; admin support tasks.
• Assisting with OTC operations, ordering, stocking, and cashier duties as assigned.
