Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience with Kroll or any pharmacy Management software.
• Deep expertise in SQL or any other backend tool.
• Strong understanding of Pharmacy domain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and system execution to stores.

Responsibilities

• Implement program plans and changes communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust.
• Prioritize critical issues for root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution; monitor milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and track high-level deliverables; evaluate program performance.
