• Lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams, including recruitment and interviewing of candidates.
• Train associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow and ensure execution.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and performance reviews to meet budgets and plans.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with Walmart policies and provincial/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services District Managers and Store Management to ensure excellent patient experience.
