Responsibilities

• Prescription assembly and data entry.
• Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions).
• Handle in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries.
• Promote Profile programs.
• Compounding.
• Pill Pack Assembly.
• Filing prescriptions and stocking supplies.
• Drug order creation and receiving.
• Schedule professional clinical services (medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state management).
• Administrative duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, returns to stock, third parties.

• Drug order creation and receiving
• Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)
• BTC management
• Administrative Duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, manual third parties
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Assist with other pharmacy operations as required

What you bring to the table:

• Preferred: Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institute
• Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
