Our Pharmacy Manager is an integral part in reaching and sustaining this goal.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Pharmacist currently (or eligible to be) licensed in Manitoba
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. English proficiency
4. Strong problem-solving skills
5. Strong computer skills and confidence with business applications (Microsoft)
6. Self-motivated, reliable, and strive to be the best
7. Drive to grow pharmacy service delivery
8. Someone who shares our enthusiasm for patient care and strives to find new ways to provide services to communities in need

What You Will Do:

1. Oversee and manage dispensary operations
2. Recognize opportunities to enhance patient care
3. Assess and support new ideas and projects in the pursuit of improving pharmacy operations
4. Provide professional pharmacist supervision in patient care regarding prescription dispensing and clinical activities
5. Manage customer service and delivery of pharmacy services
6. Support pharmacy team members
