Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with NB College of Pharmacists
- Injection certification required
- Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
- Experience with Kroll required
- Strong organizational skills
- Independent and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Oversee operations: compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Maintain communication, scheduling, policies, and team direction
- Conduct staff performance reviews and support recruitment/training
- Promote positive work environment and uphold labor policies
- Collaborate with Front Store to enhance care and services
- Seek innovative process improvements
- Manage P&L and targets (labor, inventory, expenses)
