Job description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at St. George Pharmacy in Saint George, New Brunswick.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with theNew Brunswick College of Pharmacists
• Injection certification is required
• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager is considered an asset
• Experience with Kroll is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
