Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Airdrie, AB. You will assist the Pharmacy Manager and provide patient-centered care during consultations, reviewing prescriptions, and ensuring safe dispensing within Walmart's SOPs.

You will help maintain privacy, operate the pharmacy system, and support open hours while delivering high-quality services and medication reviews to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• License - Pharmacist License (CA_APA Additional Prescribing Authorization)

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Manager in operations and ensure excellent patient experience.
• Counsel patients during consultations and pharmacist reviews.
• Accept prescriptions and refills from customers/doctors/hospitals.
• Ensure accurate, safe dispensing and proper storage of medications.
• Maintain privacy and comply with provincial regulations.
• Operate pharmacy equipment and SOPs, support business actions.
• Keep pharmacy open during posted hours and support service delivery.
