Responsibilities

Ensure excellent patient experience and assist customers on the sales floor.
Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors or Hospitals.
Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently and safely and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products and follow SOPs.
Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer system, etc.).
Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.
Provide eligible services such as medication reviews and injections as applicable.
Keep the pharmacy open and operational during posted hours.
Support the Pharmacy Manager in executing the business action plan.
