Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Pharmacy Assistant program (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with College of Pharmacists bylaws and regulations.
• Process and prepare prescriptions with precision.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer support.
• Identify patients in need of improved medication adherence.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and monitor patient records.
• Assist with all other Pharmacy Assistant duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Owner(s).
