Loblaw’s Dominion location invites you to join a team dedicated to safe, compassionate patient care. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will greet patients, confirm prescription details and enter data to support accurate dispensing.

You’ll handle third party adjudication if needed, maintain stock, assist with OTC inquiries, and refer complex questions to the Pharmacist. A friendly demeanor, strong organization, and reliability are essential.

Competenze

• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Proficient computer/data entry skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Greeting patients and confirming accuracy of prescription information prior to filling.
• Data entry of patient care information.
• Third party adjudication (if necessary).
• Accurate dispensing of prescription medications.
• Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems.
• Handling general OTC enquires and referring to Pharmacist when needed.
