Loblaw is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for Your Independent Grocer in Ontario. You will greet patients, verify prescription details, enter patient information, assist with third party adjudication, and dispense medications while supporting inventory and OTC inquiries in a team-focused setting.

We value reliability, organizational skills, and strong customer service, with flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Proficient computer/data/entry skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which may include days, evenings, night shifts and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and confirm accuracy of prescription information prior to filling.
• Enter patient care information into systems.
• Process Third Party adjudication if necessary.
• Dispense prescription medications accurately.
• Maintain pharmacy stock via inventory control systems.
• Address OTC inquiries and refer to Pharmacist when needed.
• Handle customer prescription pickup.
