Job summary

Pharmasave #406 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations. You will greet customers, process prescriptions under supervision, and help maintain accurate medication labeling and packaging within a busy community pharmacy.

Responsibilities include inventory management, insurance billing support, and ensuring a clean, compliant pharmacy environment. Flexible shifts and weekend coverage are required to meet store hours.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of retail pharmacy assistant experience.
• Strong proficiency with Kroll and prescription data entry.
• Knowledge of Pharmacare/insurance billing and clinical services flagging.
• Pharmacy Assistant program completion is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Flexible shifts within store hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
