Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Part time Pharmacy Assistant to support dispensing prescriptions and assist in delivering pharmacy services in a Pharmaprix store in Quebec.

You will handle prescription intake, data entry, and customer service under the supervision of a Pharmacist, while upholding privacy, accuracy, and efficiency in daily pharmacy operations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Assistant credited course preferred.
• Previous Pharmacy Experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet customer promptly and gather prescription information according to Standards.
• Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Assist in prescription preparation and data entry.
• Adjudicate third party billing and manage accounts.
• Answer telephone and refer to a pharmacist when necessary.
• Maintain and file documentation per Pharmacy Standards of Practice.
