As a full-time, one-year contract Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive clinical and distributive services to inpatients and outpatients within a computerized environment. Your expertise in psychiatry and addictions will support safe and effective medication management. You will collaborate with pharmacy team members and healthcare providers, evaluating medication orders, developing pharmaceutical care plans, resolving drug therapy problems, collecting medication histories, facilitating medication reconciliation, and ensuring accurate dispensing.
This role also involves participating in risk management, patient safety, knowledge sharing, and quality improvement activities. You will teach, mentor, and transfer knowledge to students, residents, and interns, supporting the department’s educational and research commitments.
