Nature's Fare Markets in Chilliwack, BC is hiring a Part-Time Pharmacist for our brand-new store. This role focuses on privacy, patient-centered care, and community wellness within an integrative pharmacy team.

You will manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate customers on health and wellness, with a competitive hourly rate and strong benefits. This is an excellent growth opportunity in a BC-based company.

Qualifications

• BC Pharmacy license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with compounding would be an asset.

Responsibilities

PHARMACIST - New Store - Chilliwack

We are seeking a Part Time Pharmacist join Nature's Fare Markets in our brand new Chilliwack location. We have welcomed Pure Integrative Pharmacy into our store and we are looking for a Pharmacist to be a part of our team.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management
• Day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Practicing within federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements, provincial Code of Ethics, standards set by the College of Pharmacists BC, and Pure Company policies
• Ensuring all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management
• Promoting health and wellness, and educating customers and as appropriate, engaging with customers both in and outside the store
• Maintaining records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy
• Providing timely and positive resolutions and advice to customer needs
• Ensuring all Pharmacy team members comply with the uniform policy
• Oversight of current stock levels and medication orders from the wholesaler
• Remaining current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry.
• Ensuring sustainable growth of the pharmacy business
• Creating a strong work ethic and patient-centered care culture
• Ensuring the pharmacy team works cohesively to complete necessary activities

What we offer:

• The hourly pay for this position is between$57 and $60 per hour.The final salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience and practice.
