Shoppers Drug Mart in Burlington, ON is seeking a Pharmacist to manage the Pharmacy operations on duty, provide consultations to customers and health care providers, and dispense medications within the full scope of professional services.

You will ensure privacy, compliance with regulations, maintain records, supervise workflow and inventory, and collaborate with the healthcare circle to deliver safe, quality patient care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge customers, counsel on prescriptions, ensure privacy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Workflow and Inventory Management: Monitor stock, review queues, and manage dispensing accuracy.
• Operations: Maintain store image at the pharmacy, engage in financial reporting, and document incidents.
• Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Lead by example, coach colleagues, drive business, and uphold service standards.
