As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Additional Prescribing Authorization from ACP (or must be achieved within 1 year of date of hire).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a pharmacist in a large acute care hospital providing comprehensive medication management services in a collaborative care model within a multi-disciplinary care team. Competence with Connect Care as an inpatient pharmacist. Completion of a Canadian accredited pharmacy residency program. Advanced clinical pharmacy degree, e.g., post-baccalaureate PharmD. Experience working with vulnerable populations.
