Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license.
• Excellent customer relations and a strong sense of professionalism.
• Proven leadership and performance management skills.
• Experience building business using community-based marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely for patients.
• Ensure adequate inventory of medications and OTC products.
• Counsel patients on new and existing medications with friendly, proactive interaction.
• Educate customers through public relations activities (public health days, clinics).
• Provide timely resolution to patient needs and Doctor requests/issues.
• Review and control costs within the pharmacy (dispensary).
• Provide ongoing training for pharmacy staff and interns.
