Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacy operations while on duty; dispense medications and provide consultations.
• Ensure all privacy requirements and consent management are met.
• Communicate with other health care professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain records in accordance with legislation, standards and policies.
• Review workflows and inventory to ensure accuracy and timely dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with Controlled Drugs and Substances Act where applicable.
• Engage customers, acknowledge inquiries, and maintain a service-oriented environment.
