Under the direct supervision of both the Manager Clinical Services, and the Pharmacy Manager of Operations, this pharmacist will participate in the provision of direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients/outpatients as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Duties include patient counseling, medication monitoring, student mentoring, drug utilization reviews, liaison with Community Pharmacists and education/drug information. The Pharmacist participates in any clinical pharmacy research in which the Clinical Division Manager is involved.
