Under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Services, the Pharmacist will provide direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients as part of the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient counseling, medication monitoring, student mentoring, drug utilization reviews, liaising with community pharmacists, and providing education and drug information. The Pharmacist may also participate in clinical pharmacy research involving the Clinical Division Manager.

Hourly rate: $47.03 - $58.77
