Job summary

Saskatoon Community Clinic is seeking a Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care services to clinic and non-clinic clients, and to support the interdisciplinary team. This 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week) position operates Monday to Saturday at the Westside site.

You will direct, guide and evaluate pharmacy technicians and assistants, collaborate with physicians on prescriptions and medication counselling, and contribute to health promotion and disease management within a high-volume pharmacy

• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Registration with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP).
• Registration with Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).
• Must be bondable.
• Insurance malpractice insurance.
• Must have knowledge of and capability with the philosophy and policies of CHSA.
• Good oral and communication skills.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Able to work independently as well as work as a team member.
• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills and professional attitude.
