Job summary

The Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a permanent part-time Pharmacist to be located in Moose Jaw, SK. This role provides pharmaceutical care per Moose Jaw Co-op policies and Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists guidelines, including consultation, drug utilization review, medication counseling, histories, drug information, and education on prescription and OTC needs.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc Pharmacy or PharmD, are licensed in Saskatchewan in good standing, and are committed to patient outcomes,

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Saskatchewan; in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care per Moose Jaw Co-op policies and Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists guidelines.
• Perform pharmaceutical consultation, drug utilization review, medication counseling, medication histories, drug information, and education roles for prescription and over-the-counter needs.

This position will provide pharmaceutical care according to established Moose Jaw Co-op policies as well as the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, pharmaceutical consultation, drug utilization review, medication counseling, medication histories, drug information, and education roles of prescription and over the counter needs.
