Position Overview

Permanent full‑time Pharmacist to be located in Moose Jaw, SK.

Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care according to Moose Jaw Co‑op policies and Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists guidelines, including pharmaceutical consultation, drug utilization review, medication counselling, medication histories, drug information, and education on prescription and over‑the‑counter needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Saskatchewan and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
• Willing to actively participate in patients’ healthcare outcomes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high morals and business ethics
