About the Job

We are looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team to work across three pharmacies: Erin Mills, Churchill Meadows, and Riverview Heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment. The provision of Professional Services will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and review prescriptions for appropriateness.
• Provide professional counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Provision of Professional Services (medschecks, POs, minor ailments) and Expanded Scope.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support pharmacy operations, including customer service and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (required).
• Kroll paperless workflow experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must hold valid injection training & CPR certificate.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software is an asset.

Work Schedule

• 40-45 hours per week
• Will be working 1-2 days per location.
• Must be available for weekend shifts.
