What’s Your Role – Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at Rexall, you’ll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical services
• Offering professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products
• Managing inventory and accurate dispensing of prescriptions
• Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies
• Engaging with patients to provide medication counseling & positive interactions
• Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions
• Perform patient-focused services such as injections/immunizations
• Provide professional advice and dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products to enhance customer service and loyalty
• Support accurate pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrinkage due to damaged goods, returns, theft
• Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and laws
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including narcotics, within prescribed guidelines
• Maintain complete documentation as required by pharmacy colleges, drug plans, and Rexall SOPs

Qualifications To Succeed

• Licensed Pharmacist in the relevant Province
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team
• Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
