Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join Pharmasave in Campbell River, BC. You will deliver clinical services, administer vaccines, review medications, and counsel patients as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
