Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Laval, QC, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning for product families within Global Planning.

The role partners with marketing, sales, finance and external manufacturing to generate consensus forecasts, create feasible supply plans and manage inventory and service levels. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business, 3–5 years in demand and supply planning, familiarity with SAP S4/IBP and APICS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain or business preferred.
• 3–5 years of demand and supply planning experience.
• Experience in pharma GMP environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for assigned product families within Global Planning.
• Generate consensus demand forecasts with marketing, sales and finance.
• Develop feasible supply plans and net requirements from forecasts.
• Own KPIs: forecast accuracy, service levels, backorders and inventory.
• Coordinate with external manufacturing and internal plants on supply risk.
• Support monthly S&OP and participate in commercialization initiatives.
