Job summary

Apotex Inc. seeks an IBP Supply Lead to own global planning tools and governance for integrated business planning. You will steward SAP IBP, generate reports on changes, capacity variances and KPIs, and escalate insights for management decisions across sites.

The role collaborates with Site Supply Chain, Production, Global Demand Planning and Corporate Finance to exchange data and support IBP processes, with a focus on data-driven decision making and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on supply chain experience in SAP-IBP for Supply Chain, with experience in S&OP, Inventory Optimizer and related modules.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and programming languages (e.g., Java/Python, SAS).
• Strong understanding of ERP/SAP, master data and business processes; data mining and visualization skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for IBP and related tools across sites.
• Lead IBP tool implementations and train cross-functional teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for planning decisions.
• Track KPIs on planning, inventory projections and capacity variances; drive efficiency improvements.
