Job summary

Shift Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Toronto-based team on a full-time, permanent basis to support our pharma strategy and strategic competitive intelligence portfolio. The role includes coordinating project teams, guiding information gathering, synthesizing insights and delivering client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Pharma commercial strategy/competitive intelligence experience is a plus.
• Business degree/certification may be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks, timelines and budgets.
• Guide information gathering, synthesize insights and deliver client-ready outputs.
• Support business development with proposals and workplans.
• Contribute to Shift Health culture and IDEA initiatives.
• Lead client calls and present findings with senior team.
• Review and revise deliverables based on feedback.
