Job summary

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Pharmacist (PharmD degree preferred) to provide pharmacy services to staff and patients in Melfort. The position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and runs on a dayshift schedule under a full-time temporary contract.

Preference is given to HSAS members in accordance with SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Entry-level BSP or PharmD is acceptable, and licensure with SCPP is required. Flexible hours and local travel are limited.

Qualifications

• BSP required or equivalent.
• PharmD acceptable as alternative.
• SCPP registration or eligibility required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy services to staff and patients of SH A.
• Report to Pharmacy Manager.

Job Description: The Pharmacist- PharmD- Degree is accountable for performing those duties that enable pharmacy services to be provided to the staff and patients of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Pharmacist- PharmD- Degree reports to the Manager. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
