Leadership Accountability, Performance Ownership and technical Authority

They establish a balanced risk appetite for a manufacturing environment-moving the organization away from zero risk tolerance toward risk-based decision-making that protects the asset while enabling the value creation. This leader brings the technical capability to guide the engineering team to define problems, proactively mitigate risk, develop short-term controls, and drive robust longer-term engineering solutions.
