Job summary

Socket.dev in Regina is seeking a route service professional to provide guidance on extermination processes and coordinate on-site pest control services. You will manage schedules and engage customers to tailor programs to their needs.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to obtain an Applicator's License. Sales experience is an asset in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods.
• Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such as wearing protective gear guidelines
• Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner
• Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site

Requirements:

• A Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to obtain your Applicator's License
