Pest Technician - We'll Train (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus Included)

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on the best extermination methods for identified infestations, including pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and other pest control techniques.
• Establish contact with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions when using fumigants, pesticides, and power spraying equipment, including wearing protective gear.
• Manage schedules and routes to ensure timely service completion.
• Address customer needs and optimize their pest control program on-site.

Requirements

• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to obtain an Applicator's License
• Sales experience is an asset
