Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pest Technicians. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, incentives, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on the most effective extermination methods, including pesticide use, mechanical traps, and other pest control techniques.
• Establish contact with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions, including wearing protective gear when handling fumigants and pesticides.
• Manage schedules and routes to ensure timely service delivery.
• Address customer needs and optimize their pest control programs on-site.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an Applicator's License.
• Sales experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Salary range: $44,365 - $49,035, plus incentives.
