Job summary

UPS in Owen Sound is seeking a temporary and seasonal part-time driver to deliver packages in residential areas using a personal vehicle. This outdoor, physical role involves lifting, loading, and safe handling of shipments throughout the shift.

Workdays are Monday to Friday with shifts around 10 AM for 4–5 hours and a projected end date in January 2027. The position requires a valid Ontario G license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a strong focus on customer service.

Job Description:

This position is a temporary and seasonal part-time role with a projected end date in January 2027 (based on operational needs) to be requiring use of one's personal vehicle to deliver packages primarily in residential areas. They will perform in a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position involving continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages

• Job Type: Part-Time - Seasonal

• Work Location: 3225 Eastbayshore Rd, Owen Sound, N4K 5N3

• Workdays: Monday - Friday

• Shift Duration: 4-5 hours per day * (Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times)

• Shift Schedule Start Time: 10 AM (Flexibility Required)

• Pay rate : $19/hr.

• Mileage: 0.70 cents per km.

• UPS to provide commercial automobile insurance
