UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Owen Sound is seeking a temporary and seasonal part-time driver helper to deliver packages in residential areas using a personal vehicle. The role runs Monday to Friday with shifts from 10 AM, about 4–5 hours per day, for up to 25 hours per week.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per km. The position ends around January 2027, based on operational needs.

• Must hold a valid Ontario G driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs) and perform delivery tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to use personal vehicle to transport and deliver packages.
• Vehicle registered in the candidate’s name and valid vehicle insurance.

Job Description:

This position is a temporary and seasonal part-time role with a projected end date in January 2027 (based on operational needs) to be requiring use of one’s personal vehicle to deliver packages primarily in residential areas. They will perform in a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position involving continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages

• Job Type: Part-Time - Seasonal
• Work Location: 3225 Eastbayshore Rd, Owen Sound, N4K 5N3
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
• Shift Duration: 4-5 hours per day *(Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times)
• Shift Schedule Start Time: 10 AM (Flexibility Required)
• Pay rate : $19/hr.
• Mileage: 0.70 cents per km.
• UPS to provide commercial automobile insurance

Qualifications:

• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Excellent customer contact and service skills
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle to transport and deliver packages.
• Able to lift up to 70lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer facing and outside environment
• Must have a valid Ontario G driver’s license
• Vehicle registered in candidate’s name
• Valid vehicle insurance
