Job summary

UPS is hiring a temporary and seasonal part-time driver to deliver packages in residential areas from 3225 Eastbayshore Rd, Owen Sound, Ontario. The role is Mon-Fri, 4-5 hours per day, starting at 10 AM, with a projected end date in January 2027.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, have a valid Ontario G driver's license, vehicle registered in their name, and provide proof of insurance. Pay is $19/hour plus mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per km.

Job Description:

This position is a temporary and seasonal part-time role with a projected end date in January 2027 (based on operational needs) to be requiring use of one's personal vehicle to deliver packages primarily in residential areas. They will perform in a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position involving continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages.

• Job Type: Part-Time - Seasonal
• Work Location: 3225 Eastbayshore Rd, Owen Sound, N4K 5N3
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
• Shift Duration: 4-5 hours per day * (Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times)
• Shift Schedule Start Time: 10 AM (Flexibility Required)
• Pay rate : $19/hr.
• Mileage: 0.70 cents per km.
• UPS to provide commercial automobile insurance
