Anytime Fitness is currently seeking qualified personal trainers who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. As an AF Personal Trainer, you will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants. The desired candidate must have a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves by helping people make incremental lifestyle changes to obtain sustainable and long-term results.

Things You Will Do as a Personal Trainer:
- Fitness Consultations
- 1:1 training
- Small Group Training
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members
- Program and implement individualized workouts for members
- Energize and motivate members throughout the sessions
- Build fitness attendance and retain current members
- Achieve a monthly personal training revenue goal established by management
- Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness
- Drive client success through session attendance and metric tracking
- Ensure the safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique
- Provide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Attend weekly/monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Engage in sales and marketing for programming
- Proactive outreach to inactive members
- Assist in retention efforts
- Provide exceptional member service
- Administer body scan technology and interpret results
- Engage with digital coaching platforms to assist and motivate clients outside of the club
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Fitness certification/personal trainer certification from an AF fitness-approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Manage time and schedules
- Team player
