Job Title and Locations

Personal Support Worker – Bradford, Holland Landing, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Keswick, Georgina, Pefferlaw, Sutton, Maple, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Newmarket.

Salary Range: $22.89 – $24.63 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Support clients to maintain safety and independence in their homes, helping them live their best lives.
• Assist with mobilization and light exercises; consistently keep the client and their family at the heart of all care, observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in condition to Manager/Supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as indicated in client care plans.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Valid driver’s licence and car insurance; ability to travel between listed locations.
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent certification (Home Support Worker, Home Support worker level II/III, Health Care aid, personal attendant).
• Current or recent student enrolment in health care programs (nursing, rehab, para‑medicine) or valid certificates (Developmental Support Worker, RN, RPN, Practical Nurse, midwife, physician, foreign‑trained RN).
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 12 months.
• Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months and an up‑to‑date immunization record.
• Commitment to work every other weekend.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; French or other languages are an asset.
• Reliability and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 lb (16 kg).
