Job Summary

Our Personal Support Workers (PSWs) report to the Client Services Coordinator and are expected to deliver high-standard care that ensures our clients' safety and comfort at home. Services are tailored according to each client's personalized care plan. Currently, we are recruiting for PSWs in the GTA who speak Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Accompany clients on outings, appointments, shopping, and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Offer respite for families
• Complete daily documentation and charting electronically

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Fluent in Tagalog; additional languages are a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (RPN, RN, foreign-trained healthcare professional)
• Previous PSW experience is an asset
• Access to internet and mobile phone
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Vulnerable Sector Screen or recent Police Clearance
