Job Summary

As a PSW reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, you will provide high-quality care to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home, following a personalized care plan. We are currently recruiting for PSWs who speak Tagalog in the GTA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Accompany clients to outings, appointments, shopping, and errands
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Maintain daily documentation in electronic charts

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Fluency in Tagalog (must), additional languages are an asset
• Reliable transportation or ability to travel to clients
• Personal Support Worker certification or equivalent (e.g., RPN, RN, foreign-trained healthcare professional)
• Previous PSW experience is preferred
• Internet and mobile phone access
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates
• Vulnerable Sector Screen or recent Police Clearance
