Job summary

PARAMED HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Personal Support Worker to assist patients at home and in community settings with daily living activities. You will provide compassionate care, help with meals, grooming, hygiene, and support daily routines in a home environment.

Applicants should hold a valid PSW certificate, have a driver license and vehicle, and be able to travel within a geographic area. We offer paid time travel, mileage, and comprehensive benefits in a full-time role.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, and oral care along with bathing, toileting, & peri-care
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, as determined by the care plan
• Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help your patients enjoy a better quality of life
