Job summary

ParaMed, Canada's leading home health care provider, seeks a Personal Support Worker to support patients in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living activities, nutrition, and comfort, helping clients maintain independence and a higher quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a valid PSW certificate, demonstrate genuine compassion, and show reliability and flexibility. A driver license and vehicle are required to travel within a defined geographic area.

Job Description PARAMED HOME HEALTH CARE As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
