Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our home health care team. You will support patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with daily living activities and encouraging independence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and care when interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (skin, hair, oral care, bathing, toileting, peri-care).
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks per care plan, including special diets.
• Provide basic housekeeping and companionship to improve quality of life.
