Join RhynoCare Staffing Solutions as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Alliston.

Location: Alliston, Ontario

Job Type: Other (Entry level)

Provide skilled care for all activities of daily living in accordance with corporate policies, standards, and recognized nursing practices. Assist registered staff with diagnostic and therapeutic measures, complete documentation accurately and timely, and ensure a holistic, quality approach to resident care aligned with RhynoCare’s Mission, Vision, Values, and the Resident Bill of Rights.

Responsibilities include supporting resident meal services, restorative nursing, coordinating care activities, adhering to legislation and safety procedures, participating in risk management and quality improvement programs, mentoring new staff, and promoting team collaboration and safety.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in English; second language skills are an asset.
• Completion of a Ministry of Education approved PSW Training Program (minimum 640 hours) or being a student in Year 1 of RN, RPN, Paramedic, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy programs.
• Experience as a Facility PSW is an asset.
• Negative T.B. skin test or chest x-ray, current CPR (BCLS), and First Aid certification.
• Meet health surveillance and criminal record check requirements.
