Job Overview

In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for clients in Toronto. The work setting is within private homes located at George St. & Adelaide.

Shift Details

24/7 shifts available: 9am-9pm and 9pm-9am.

Role Responsibilities

• Basic meal preparation
• Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Medication reminders
• Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Responding to emergency situations
• Completing daily shift reports for Case Managers

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Foreign Nurse credentials are considered
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Mobile phone for timesheets and care plan updates
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow care plans and provide excellent customer service

Compensation
